Blueberry Soy Cakes

Ingredients
  Soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lima bean flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add first 5 ingredients to blend until smooth.
2) Add blueberries and combine with the mixture.

MAKING
3) Use a hot and oiled griddle to cook the cakes on both sides.

SERVING
4) Serve the cakes with blueberry jam or honey.
