Angel Peach Raspberry Cake
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh raspberries/Frounceen raspberries - drained, partially thawed||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Angel food cake||1|
|Sliced peaches||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1) Stiffly whip the cream, fold in the berries and spread evenly over the cake.
2) Place the sliced peaches around the cake and over the top.
3) Slice and serve in a nice plate.
