Marble Cake

Ingredients
  Dry breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2
  Eggs 2 Large
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cocoa powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Grease a 7.5" fluted savarin or kugelhopf mould and sprinkle breadcrumbs on all its sides evenly

MAKING
2. In a bowl, cream butter and half a cup of sugar together; add lemon rind aand whisk till light and fluffy
3. Add eggs to it, one by one, and a little bit of milk; beat well
4. In another bowl, sift constarch, flour and baking powder and add to the creamed mixture; add all but three tablespoons of milk and fold them all together
5. Add half of this mixture into the mould; add cocoa powder and the rest of the sugar to the other half and mix it with the remaining milk
6. Add into the flour over the plain mixture and stir into spirals with a knife
7. Bake at 400° F for an hour or more until a cake tester comes out clean; turn it out on a cake rack to cool
