Ingredients
  Honey 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Sugar in the raw 6 Ounce (170 Gram)
  Sour milk 1⁄2 Pint (285 Milliliter)
  Wholemeal flour 10 Ounce (285 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In the milk, dissolve the honey and sugar. If required, the milk can be warmed a bit.
3) Into the mixture, mix the flour and transfer the entire concoction to a properly greased tin.
4) Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
