Monkey's Lunch Cake
|Granulated sugar||180 Milliliter|
|Bananas||180 Milliliter, mashed|
|Irish cream liqueur||60 Milliliter|
|Baking soda||5 Milliliter|
|Baking powder||5 Milliliter|
Cream the butter and sugar until very light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Beat in the banana.
Blend in the Irish Cream.
Sift together the baking soda, baking powder, flour and salt, fold into the cake.
Pour batter into a 9" (23 cm) buttered and floured spring form pan.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes then transfer cake to cooling rack, turn cake out and cool completely.
Frost with Banana Kahlua Frosting.
