|Canned pineapple slices||1 Pound, drained (450 Gram)|

|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Put the brown sugar and 1/4 cup of the butter in a 10-inch (25-cm) oval dish about 2 inches (5 cm) deep.
Put the dish in the oven for a few minutes until the sugar and butter have melted.
Remove the dish from the oven.
