|Raisins||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
2 cups flour 1/2cup chopped nuts 1 tspn.
1 tspn, baking powder Beat by hand 200 times.
Pour into a long pan and bake at 350° F about 30 minutes.
Take from oven when top is shiny and centre is done.
Frost with: 4 tblspns, butter 1 tspn, maple flavouring 5 tblspns, cream powdered sugar (enough to make a spreading consistency).
Spread and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
