Plain Sponge Cake
|Wheat flour||150 Gram (Refine)|
|Powdered sugar/Ouster sugar||150 Gram|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla essence/Other flavoring||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
1)In a bowl beat togethr butter/clarified butter and sugar. Beat to make a sauce. Now add in egg, flour, baking powder and essence. Beat again for 15 to 20 minutes.
2)Ferment mixture for 2 to 3 hours in a warm place.
3)After 3 hours, stir mixture well.
4)Take a baking bowl and transfer mixture into this.
5)Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
6)Serve for tea.
