Crabmeat Cakes

Ingredients
  Fresh crabmeat 1 Pound
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), fine chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 6 Drop
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Fine cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and form 8 small cakes.
Dust with fine cracker crumbs.
Saute on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
