This delicious and wonderful looking topping for cakes is subtly flavored with coconut. Easy and simple, this cake topping is made in no time!
|Brown sugar||14 Cup (224 tbs)|
|Cornflakes||14 Cup (224 tbs), crushed|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the re- maining 'topping' ingredients and spread this mixture on top of the hot baked cake when you remove it from the oven.
Return to the oven for 2 minutes, until topping is golden brown.
