Orange Shortcake Biscuits
These orange shortcake biscuits taste incredible and are savored best with a hot cup of tea. These crispy bites are quick and easy to make.
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange rind||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar, add juice, then flour, baking powder, etc.
Roll in hands till it is like a small long Swissroll and put in 'fridge for 2 hours, then cut in slices and bake at 350° F for about 15-20mins.
