Mandarin Orange Cake
|Yellow cake mix||9 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Orange extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour cake pans.
Mix ingredients well, adding eggs one at a time.
Bake in 3 prepared pans for 15-18 minutes.
(If using a different size pan, check on back of cake mix for cooking time.) Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting or Pineapple Coconut Frosting.
