Angel Ripple Cake
|Angel food cake mix||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Tablespoon|
|For cinnamon cream sauce|
|Whipping cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectionery sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375-dcgrces.
Mix cake as direcled on package.
Spoon 1/4 of batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan and spread evenly.
With a fine small sieve, sprinkle 1/3 of cinnamon over batter.
Repeat layering 2 or 3 times ending with cake baiter.
Bake and cool as directed on package.
For sauce, mix cream and milk in a chilled bowl.
Beat with chilled beaters until thick.
Blend in confectioner's sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Serve sauce over cake slices.
