Black Walnut Pound Cake

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cake flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Heaping Teaspoon)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 5
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter; add sugar gradually while beating.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, one at a time, to sugar, butter mixture, beating well.
Add flour, alternately with warm water.
Add vanilla and black walnuts; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake 1-1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
Serve plain, with ice cream, or whipped cream.
