|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening with 2 knives or pastry blender.
Add milk, mix well and place on floured board.
Knead lightly, pat out to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with round cutter.
Place on greased baking sheet and chill until ready to bake.
Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 20 minutes.
