Moist Devil's Food Cake
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄3 Teaspoon|
|Soda||1 3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dark cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hershey'S)|
|Oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Wesson, Etc.)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat ingredients in one bowl and all together for several minutes.
Add 3 eggs and beat several minutes longer.
Bake at 350 degrees in two 9" pans for approximately 25 minutes.(Texture actually improves after the first day. Rare thing for a dark cake.)
