Yellow Angel Food Cake

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 12
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Lemon flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Warm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks, water and salt until thick; add sugar gradually.
Then add flour, baking powder and flavoring.
Pour into angel cake pan and bake 60 minutes at 325°.
