|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1. Beat eggs till they turn thick, add molasses and sugar and beat thoroughly.
2. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt and add to egg mixture, alternatively with milk and lemon juice and stir thoroughly and mix oil.
3. Take a mildly greased baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, cover using a towel and cook for about 4 minutes.
4. Take off the towel and cook for about 5 minutes more or till done.
5. Cool the cake and serve.
