Coconut And Banana Pan Cake

Ingredients
  Rice flour 120 Gram
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1 (Of No. 2 Size)
  Coconut milk 280 Milliliter
  Coconut powder 30 Gram
  Sesame oil 50 Milliliter
For filings
  Lemon rind 1⁄2
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut flakes 1 Tablespoon (Or Dust)
  Banana 2
  Butter 60 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, mix together rice flour, salt, a part of the coconut milk and egg with a wooden spoon. Now add the remaining coconut milk and green color. Let stand for 20 minutes.

MAKING
2)Add in coconut powder into the batter.
3)Make the filling by mixing together grated lemon rind, coconut milk, sugar and sliced banana.
4)Take a non stick pan and pour some oil on it. Heat. Add around 60ml of butter.
5)Pour pancake batter and spread using a spatula all around the pan. Cook until golden in color and then turn over to the other side.
6)Fill with banana filling.

SERVING
7)Serve hot.
