Whipped Cream Pound Cake
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cake flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream butter and sugar in a small bowl.
Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
Mix whipping cream, cream of tartar, and vanilla in a small bowl.
Add ingredients of small bowl to large bowl, alternating with the cake flour.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes.
