Lemon Blueberry Cake
|Lemon cake mix||17 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream/Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries in heavy syrup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix cake mix, eggs, and sour cream together in large mixing bowl.
Mix first on low speed of electric mixer and then on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Drain blueberries; rinse, then drain again.
Fold blueberries into cake mixture.
Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan and bake in preheated 350 de-gree oven for 35-45 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched.
Bake 15 minutes more before removing from oven.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with a sauce, if desired.
