Easy Pumpkin Layer Cake
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Take a small saucepan and add sugar, flour, and milk to it. Cook this mixture over medium heat, and continue to stir it till mixture gets thickened.
2. Add butter to this mixture and continue to stir till it gets melted. Fold in coconut, vanilla, and pecans to this mixture.
3. Serve the cake with coffee.
