Shrimp Cakes

Ingredients
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
  Grated ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Medium shrimp 2 Pound, finely chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and finely chopped
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), thinly sliced
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Combine together, cilantro, cloves, ginger and olive oil.

MAKING
2)Mix together shrimp, onion, beaten eggs, bell pepper and cilantro.
3)Season with salt and pepper. Now add in the bread crumbs.
4)The resulting mixture would be firm and would hold when shaped into cakes.
5)In a nonstick pan, heat oil and butter. Fry the cakes until they become brown on both sides.

SERVING
6)Serve warm with sauce.
