  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soda 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
Directions

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and milk, alternate flour mixture with bananas.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
