Frozen Strawberry Cake
|Strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Graham cracker crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine ingredients in order listed and blend well.
Line a freezing tray with oiled paper, fill with the mixture and freeze until firm.
Cut into squares, top with whipped cream and a few pecan meats if desired.
