Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Fresh Or Thawed Frozen)
  Cinnamon sugar/Powdered cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Take a 1 1/2 inch mold or baking dish and grease it well.

MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and add egg, oil, milk and vanilla to it.
3.Beat the mixture until smooth.
4.Put blueberries in the bowl and mix.
5.Fill the molds with the mixture and pace them on the rack.
6.Use paper towels to cover the molds.
7.Cover the cooker and put it on HIGH for 3-4 hrs.
8.Once done, allow the molds to cool and then take the cake out.

SERVING
9.Granish the cakes with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar and serve ina tray.
