Ingredients
  Angel food cake 1 (Made From Prepared Mix)
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

1. Whip jelly with a fork until foamy. Spread over surface of cake.
2. Cover with whipped cream.
