|Raw sugar||3 Ounce (1/3 Cup / 90 Gram)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Polyunsaturated margarine||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Raisins||4 Ounce, chopped (125 Gram)|
|Dried apples||1 Ounce, chopped (30 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Skim milk||4 Tablespoon|
1. Place flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Using fingertips rub in margarine. Stir in raisins and apples, then gradually add egg and enough milk to make a thick dough.
2. Drop large spoonfuls of mixture onto lightly greased baking trays and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and golden.
