Ingredients
  Wholemeal self raising flour 10 Ounce, sifted and husks returned (2 Cups / 315 Gram)
  Raw sugar 3 Ounce (1/3 Cup / 90 Gram)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Polyunsaturated margarine 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Raisins 4 Ounce, chopped (125 Gram)
  Dried apples 1 Ounce, chopped (30 Gram)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Skim milk 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Using fingertips rub in margarine. Stir in raisins and apples, then gradually add egg and enough milk to make a thick dough.
2. Drop large spoonfuls of mixture onto lightly greased baking trays and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and golden.
