Chocolate & Cheese Sheet Cake
|Chocolate cake mix||18 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate frosting||16 Ounce (1 Can, Ready To Spread)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare cake mix as package directs.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured 15x10-inch jellyroll pan.
In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth.
Spoon evenly over cake batter.
Bake 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Frost with chocolate frosting.
Store covered in refrigerator.
