Creamy Apple Cake
|Yellow cake mix||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Canned sliced apples||10 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine cake mix, butter and one egg; blend well.
Spread batter in glass baking dish.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 3 to 4 minutes.
Arrange apple slices over base.
Blend sour cream and remaining egg; spread evenly over apples.
Combine topping ingredients in small glass mixing bowl.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 1 minute.
Stir to blend.
Sprinkle topping mixture over sour cream layer.
Cook on BAKE (6) for 7 to 9 minutes.
