Apple Spice Custard Cake
|Spice cake mix||18 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|All purpose apple||2 Medium, pared, cored and finely chopped|
|Milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and ReaLemon.
Remove cake from oven; spread cream mixture evenly over top.
Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer or until bubbly around edges.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve warm or cooled.
