|Fluffy instant frosting mix||1 (1 Package)|
|Red food coloring||1 Teaspoon|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix cake batter according to package directions.
Pour into 2 paper-lined heart-shaped pans and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Prepare frosting mix according to directions on label; tint pink with red food coloring.
Tint coconut pink.
Frost cooled cake.
Leaving a 2 1/2- to 3-inch border around top of cake, trace a heart (freehand or from pattern) in frosting; fill in design with tinted coconut.
