Microwave Chocolate Cake
|Maida||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Curd||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa/Use 3 tbsp of cocoa and 3 tbsp of drinking chocolate or else feel the cake turns out slightly bitter and does not agree with the sweet taste requirements of kids||6 Tablespoon|
|Sodium bicarbonate||1 Teaspoon|
Sieve maida and soda bi-carb together. Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter. Pour into a greased microwave proof utensil and cook for 7 minutes. After done, let stand in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out and let cool for 2 minutes. Cut and enjoy.
It is a delicious dessert if served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, topped with chocolate sauce and chopped nuts of your choice. Enjoy!!!
