Cheesy Patty Cakes

Ingredients
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Instant mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packaged Variety, Enough For 4 Servings)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Shredded sharp american cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Finely chopped cooked turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cheese sauce 4 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium skillet cook celery in margarine till tender.
Stir in water.
Bring to boiling; stir in instant mashed potatoes, egg, cheese, onion, parsley, and pepper.
Mix in turkey.
Shape into 12 patties; coat with crumbs.
Cook on hot greased griddle over medium heat about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve patties with Cheese Sauce.
