Peach Coffee Cake
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
Beat the egg in a bowl until light.
Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually and beat well.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Combine the milk, oil and vanilla and add to egg mixture alternately with flour mixture.
Place in a greased 8-inch square pan.
Arrange peach slices on top and sprinkle with raisins.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over raisins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
