Walnut Whizz Cake
|Caster sugar||7 Ounce (220 Grams)|
|Plain flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Desiccated coconut||3 Ounce (90 Grams)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Ounce (60 Grams)|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||12 Fluid Ounce (375 Milliliter)|
|Butter||4 Ounce, melted (125 Grams)|
|Double cream||8 Fluid Ounce, whipped (250 Milliliter)|
1. Place sugar, flour, coconut, walnuts and lemon rind in a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Add eggs, milk and butter and process for 1 minute longer.
2. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 23 cm (9 in) flan dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until cake is cooked when tested. Serve warm with whipped cream.
