Everyday Coffee Cake
|Buttermilk biscuit mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Buttermilk biscuit mix||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix and sugar.
Add milk, egg and oil.
Beat by hand, mixing well.
Pour into greased cake dish.
Blend biscuit mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
Add to the batter along with nut and mix.
Microwave at High (10) 5 to 7 Minutes.
Cool 15 minutes; drizzle with Fine Glaze.
