|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Make three holes in flour mixture.
Combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, pouring equal amounts into each hole.
Mix until well blended.
Pour batter into greased 2-quart baking ring.
Elevate in oven on plastic utility rack or inverted saucer.
TO HEAT BY TIME Set Power Select at HIGH for 4 1/2 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW for 7 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Heat on COOK 3.
Uncover; let STAND 10 to 15 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, if desired.
