Delicious Molten Lava Cakes that are a great dessert for a romantic dinner. It is a perfect choice for the chocolate lover members of your family. You can bake these in multiples for your kids birthday party.
Ingredients
  Semi sweet morsels 8 Ounce
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, cut into cubes
  All pupose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner's sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pasteurized egg product 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

MAKING
2.Take 6 to 7 ounce ramekins and grease them well with butter
3.In a microwave safe bowl add semi sweet chocolate morsels and butter .Melt this in the microwave and stir until well combined.
4.Next add all purpose flour,confectioner sugar, pasteurized egg product and vanilla .Stir all this together until smooth.
5.Now divide the batter evenly among the ramekins and place them on the cookie sheet and bake them for about 14 minutes.
6.You need to adjust the baking time according to your oven.Bake until the cake is firm on the outside yet moist inside
7.Take it out of the oven after it is done and let it cool for few minutes.
8.Now run a knife around the edge to loosen the cake and invert it on a plate .

SERVING
9.Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top. Tastes even better when served with vanilla ice cream
