Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
  Canned salmon/1 cup flaked cooked salmon 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cold mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Fat/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Flake salmon and combine with all remaining ingredients but fat.
Shape into 6 patties and saute in fat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sauce, if desired.
