|Canned salmon/1 cup flaked cooked salmon||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cold mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
Flake salmon and combine with all remaining ingredients but fat.
Shape into 6 patties and saute in fat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with sauce, if desired.
