Chocolate Beauty Cake
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
Add water and stir to a stiff shiny batter, about 100 strokes.
Add additional 1/2 cup water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Stir until smooth and well blended.
Pour batter into greased 8-in round dish.
Microwave at High (10) 8 to 10 Minutes.
Let stand directly on heat-proof counter or wooden board to cool.
Finish with favorite frosting, or as desired.
