Wally Cake

Ingredients
  Double cream 284 Milliliter
  Instant coffee 2 Teaspoon
  Sponge finger biscuits 16 (1 Packet)
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Decoration)
  Glace cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Decoration)
Directions

Whisk the cream until thick and fluffy.
Put the coffee into a cup and add a little very hot water.
Stir with a teaspoon and fill up the cup with cold water.
Dip each end of four sponge fingers quickly into the coffee - do not let them get too soggy
Lay them on a plate and using a knife spread some of the cream over them.
Layer up the 'coffee fingers' and cream - finishing with the cream.
Sprinkle a few nuts over the top and add a few cherries.
Put in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
