Jam Dandy Breakfast Cake
|Graham cracker crumbs/Cookie crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|Make ahead mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Butter 9-in pie plate or dinner plate.
Place buttered glass, open-end up, in center.
Sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon crumbs.
In small mixing bowl, combine Make-ahead Mix, sugar, butter, milk and egg.
Stir in only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls around edge of plate.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Drop 1/2 teaspoon jam in center of each spoonful of batter.
Microwave at High 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched lightly in several places, rotating 1/2 turn after half the time.
