Easy Upside Down Cake
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned sliced pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Granola||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Banana walnut snack cake mix||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
Heat margarine in 8 X 8 X 2-inch baking pan in 375° oven until melted.
Arrange pineapple in pan; place cherry in center of each slice.
Sprinkle Granola over pineapple.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package except mix in bowl.
Pour over fruit in pan.
Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and springs back when touched lightly in center, 30 to 35 minutes.
Invert onto heatproof plate.
Let pan remain a few minutes.
Serve warm and, if desired, with whipped cream.
