Mocha Bundt Cake
|White cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant chocolate pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vodka||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Coffee liqueur||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coffee liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly.
Pour into pan.
Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto rack.
Blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth.
Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
