Potato Chocolate Cake
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled and grated|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cocoa powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pine nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled|
|Bitter chocolate||50 Gram (1/2 Bar)|
Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Mix pinenuts with it.
Beat butter, sugar and eggs together till creamy.
Add milk and beat again.
Put flour in the egg mixture and beat till mixture is light in texture.
Grease a baking dish.
Pour batter into it.
Mix cocoa and grated potatoes with a fork lightly.
Put this over the batter and mix lightly with a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40-45 minutes.
Insert a knife in the centre.
If comes out clean cake is ready.
Grate the chocolate over the hot cake.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Take out cake from the tin.
Cool and serve.
