Buttermilk Raisin Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Stir the raisins and the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl beat the honey, oil, buttermilk, and eggs together. Stir in the dry ingredients enough to blend them, but don't overblend. The littlest blending makes the tenderest cake.
Pour into an oiled pan and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
