|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|

|Warm milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Mix blanched almonds and raisins to it.
Beat eggs, butter and sugar together till creamy in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture little by little, beating vigorously for 15-20 minutes.
Add warm milk to it and beat the batter for another 2-3 minutes.
Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160° C for 40-45 minutes.
Insert a knife into it.
If comes out clean, cake is ready.
Cool for 5 minutes and remove from the tin.
To prepare praline, heat butter and melt sugar.
Cook till it is caramalized i.e. it turns brown.
Put the almonds in it.
Pour praline over the cake and cool cake completely before serving.
