Banana Nut Cake With Fudge Frosting

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Buttermilk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Mashed ripe bananas 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (About 3 Medium)
  Finely chopped nuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fudge frosting 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Beat all ingredients except Fudge Frosting in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool; frost with Fudge Frosting.
