Carousel Ice Cream Cake
|Flavored fat free frozen yogurt/Soy alternative such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry||4 Pint, softened|
Alternately layer the frozen yogurt into an 8" springfomi pan, smoothing the top.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Unmold the frozen yogurt onto a serving plate.
Press the animal crackers around the sides of the cake.
Insert one of the lollipops into the end of the straw, snipping off the straw even with the lollipop stick, then place on top of the cake in the center.
Insert the remaining 12 lollipops around the edges of the cake in a circle.
Attach the ribbon to the lollipops, tying one end to the center lollipop and the other to the outer lollipops, to resemble a carousel.
